About the Bevington Group 

Bevington Group is an Australian owned management consultancy firm. We specialise in supporting organisations to identify and implement the changes in people, process and technology that ensure they can deliver on their strategy. There are multiple opportunities for Senior Consultants in our Canberra office.

What to expect in the role 

As a Senior Consultant, you will form part of a team that engages directly with clients, reporting to a Senior Manager or Principal/Director.

You and the team will understand the client’s operational issues and challenges, and work collaboratively to develop contemporary, tailored solutions. Once agreed, you may be directly supporting the client and their team to successfully implement the required change.

To do this, you will develop and use a core consulting skillset of research, analysis, facilitation, presentation, and attention to detail. We foster innovation, and empower individuals to take ownership of their work.

About you 

We are looking for people with a desire to make a real difference. People who see a problem, lean into the problem, and then can think creatively and critically to solve it. 

You do not need to have consulting experience, but we are after people with 2+ years of work experience, and a relevant tertiary degree. We recruit from a range of backgrounds and experiences, valuing varied experiences and perspectives in our team.

  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
