Project/Program Manager

Up to $180,000 Total Package (depending on exp)
You will play a pivotal role and be involved in a wide range of complex enterprise scale programs and projects across digital transformation, integration, migration, application development, security, cloud and much more with our Tier 1 clients.
All applicants must hold Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency (PR) – DWS are unable to sponsor or support visas.
Salary: up to $180K package (including super) depending on experience
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Core experience in IT Program / Project Management, gained in a Banking, Financial Services or Insurance organisations delivering programs/projects in the range of 30–50-million-dollar value.
- Broad, stable industry experience - 10+ years Banking, Financial Services, Insurance background preferred
- Complex IT Integration, Migration, Transformation, Cloud, Applications, and Security projects experience preferred
- Ability to flex between Program level and hands on Project level assignments when required
- Additional experience as an Iteration Manager or Scrum Master is highly desirable
- Worked in Agile project environments, ideally with a SAFe certification or similar
- Degree Qualified with Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) or equivalentwith a minimum of 12 months local experience
- Exceptional C-level stakeholder management and vendor management skills
- Confident and capable to work in a solo capacity as the SME for clients, who are often unfamiliar with the tools and technologies involved
