Job Description

The Role
As a key member of our Payments team, you'll report to the team Manager and be responsible for making payments and replacement payments with precision and accuracy. In this unique role, you'll have the opportunity to work on both the operational and customer-facing sides of the business, utilising your technical skills and attention to detail to ensure timely and accurate completion of payment requests.

Responsibilities

  • Process payment-related requests from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate completion
  • Manage the Sweep JIRA board and respond to internal stakeholder/client inquiries
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks within the team
  • Provide support to the wider team during peak periods, focusing on payment-related tasks
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve overall business objectives
Desired Skills and Experience

Demonstrated Capabilities

  • Tertiary qualification in Finance or Business Administration (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
