Job Description

  • Evaluate market trends to identify potential clients and develop pipelines to meet both individual and business revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Design, Commercial, and Operational teams to craft tailored strategies and solutions for each customer's needs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions for current and future customers, ensuring we remain the provider of choice.
  • Track and report on sales performance, revenue growth, and market share.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong understanding of the Australian transport landscape and the RFQ (Request for Quotation) cycle.
  • Proven track record in building strategic customer relationships and managing long-cycle sales.
  • Ability to sell customised solutions and develop new logistics products and services.
  • Competence in handling administrative tasks, paperwork, and governance independently.
  • Skilled in reading RFQ documents, briefing senior leads, and working closely with the VP of Transport.
  • Residing in the Melbourne area and possessing full working rights
