Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, Serco Asia Pacific with a dotted reporting line into the Managing Director of our Justice and Immigration business unit you will partner with the Managing Director, and the Business Unit Executive Team to lead and have overall responsibility for all aspects of finance and commercial within the business unit.

You will have direct responsibility for the finance team within the Justice and Immigration business unit and manage core finance responsibilities such as financial accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, planning, analysis, and contract pricing. In addition, you will be actively involved in the significant transformation that is occurring across Serco Finance.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Lead on all finance and commercial requirements for the Business Unit and its associated contracts
  • Act as a leader of change and enabler of transformation, providing coaching on change
