Finance Manager

- Overseeing the creation, execution, and evaluation of accounting systems
- Reporting to and supporting the managing director ensuring the financial integrity
- Providing extended-range profitability projections, budgetary outlines, and comprehensive financial analyses.
- Supplying financial data and analysing its impact on business operations, as well as determining the requirements for capital and funding
- Strategize, structure, lead, and oversee the financial and bookkeeping operations within our company.
- Overseeing the development of financial statements that encapsulate and predict the company's financial status, including profit and loss accounts, financial condition summaries, and projections of prospective earnings and revenues.
- Complete projects within time and budgets
- Collaborating with fellow managers and conducting thorough assessments, oversight, and appraisals of financial and accounting tactics, guidelines, and frameworks to ensure they align with our organizational goals and regulatory standards
- Asset Management recording
- Analysing revenue, expenses, cash flows and balance sheets
- Perform day to day accounts payable and receivable activities
- Advising on investment strategies, sources of funds and the distribution of earnings
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations such as payroll, invoicing and other transaction
- Support the management around budgets, spending, reporting and financial accountability
- Co-ordinate and organize daily work and provide guidance and supervision to the team
Skill Level and Experience Required
- Relevant bachelor’s degree of higher Qualification
- Fluency in Arabic is essential for communicating with clients.
- At least five years of full-time work experience is highly relevant and may substitute for the need of the formal Qualification. Experience can be local or overseas
- Strong attention to detail
- Well organised and presented
- Strong time management skills and communication skills
- Works independently as well as in a team. Excellent communication skills – oral and written.
- Hands on experience with accounting software like MYOB.
- Advanced MS Excel skills
