Job DescriptionAbout the role:We are seeking an experienced People Manager for our Supply Quality Team at the Vienna plant. In this role, you´ll lead a team of experts and you will have to implement the Supplier Quality elements in alignment with global procedures.
You will interact with stakeholders within Takeda´s Vienna manufacturing site as well as within the Plasma Operating Unit (OpU).
Excellent communication and networking skills, stress resistance, handling multiple projects/topics at the same time as well as the ability to prioritize appropriately are key for this position.
How you will contribute:Lead and develop a team of 5 Supplier Quality experts
Assure compliance of Vienna Supplier Quality with international guidelines and Takeda Global Quality Standards
Partner with global Supplier Quality function for the further development of internal standards
Maintenance of existing suppliers and qualification of new suppliers worldwide working for the manufacturing site in Vienna according to the Takeda internal business process (paper audits, quality agreements, supplier changes,)
Prepare and maintain quality agreements
Support material deviations for the Vienna plant and evaluate investigations performed by the supplier
Develop and maintain material specifications for the Vienna plant
Support of the manufacturing site Vienna in case of questions concerning suppliers (problem solving, monitoring, complaints)
Support the preparation of authority audits and represent the Supplier Quality processes at such audits
KPI Reporting
Bachelor's degree or higher in natural sciences or engineering.
2-5 years of professional experience in quality management, ideally in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
Knowledge of the global regulatory environment in at least one of the following areas: Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices or a related field
Excellent change management and people management skills
Strong communication skills
Leadership experience required
Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English. Ability to write clear and concise reports.
Good communication skills in German are desirable
Persistence and negotiation skills
A competitive remuneration package with a minimum salary of € 5.222,35 gross per month (full-time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry) - the actual salary depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
