The Position

Als forschendes Pharmaunternehmen suchen wir eine engagierte, Qualified Person, die unsere innovativen und patentgeschützten Arzneimittel durch die nötigen Freigaben unseren Kund:innen zugänglich macht.

Als Qualified Person nehmen Sie die Funktion als Sachkundige Person wahr. Sie erhalten hierfür selbstverantwortliche und gesellschaftsübergreifende Entscheidungsbefugnisse bzgl. Rückruf und kritischer Ereignisse (Issues) in Bezug auf unsere Marktware. Desweiteren beinhaltet Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

Überprüfung, Freigabe bzw. Sperre von Chargen für den österreichischen Markt

Die aktive Einflussnahme auf die Weiterentwicklung, Sicherstellung und Aufrechterhaltung eines funktionierenden und angemessenen Qualitätssicherungssystems im Hinblick auf die nationalen und EU Regularien sowie GMP/GDP

Das lokale Dokumenten- und Prozessmanagement inklusive KPI-Reporting

Teilnahme an und Durchführung von internen und externen Audits im Rahmen des Roche Qualitätssicherungssystems

Ansprechpartner:in bei Kund:innenanfragen hinsichtlich Produktqualität und -Beanstandungen

Mitarbeit bis hin zur Leitung von lokalen und globalen Projekten

Aktives Networking durch gezielten Aufbau von Beziehungen mit nationalen und internationalen Stakeholder

Wer Sie sind

Als Qualified Person & Quality Manager bringen Sie die Qualifikationen gemäß der Arzneimittelbetriebsordnung § 7 Abs. 3 mit. Außerdem erfüllen Sie die folgenden Voraussetzungen:

Gute Kenntnisse der EU Regularien für Arzneimittel sowie des nationalen Arzneimittelrechts

Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse setzen wir voraus

Freude daran im Team zu arbeiten

Selbstständigkeit, Belastbarkeit sowie Kommunikations & Verhandlungsgeschick

Gute analytische Fähigkeiten zur Bewertung komplexer Sachverhalte
