**Our business**

**Your role**:

- You support the creation and maintenance of a group wide financial steering model
- Contribute to the establishment of financial targets in line with OMV Group strategy and perform analysis on the respective development
- You support the assessment and evaluation of financial implication of business activities
- You evaluate business projects from an economic perspective from an OMV Groups point of view
- You perform benchmarking analysis on group level and interact with divisional finance functions on business specific benchmarks
- You analyze KPIs and financials to identify performance improvement areas
- Support performance improvement initiatives targeting increased efficiency and synergies
- Support the analysis of intercompany charging and in order to address topics to improve group wide financial transparency and financial steering

**Your profile**:

- You have a Master Degree in Business Administration or Finance
- You have minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Solid understanding of OMV Group’s business and financial processes across divisions and locations
- Knowledgeable about state-of-the-art controlling reporting
- Relevant practical experience with a good understanding of division processes and their value drivers
- Good interpersonal / facilitation skills adjusted to different target groups
- Delivery and execution mind-set
- Strong strategic thinking and a strong sense of urgency and result orientation
- Ability to thrive in an environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- You speak excellent English
