**Das steht auf deinem Menü**:

- Du unterstützt die Finanz-Abteilung bei der Gestaltung und Implementierung neuer Prozesse
- Du übernimmst Projekte innerhalb der Finanzabteilung und bist verantwortlich für den Fortschritt und Erfolg der Projekte zusammen mit deinen internen Stakeholdern
- Du entwickelst Projekte von einer Idee zu einem Konzept und treibst die Umsetzung voran bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss zusammen mit deinen internen Stakeholdern
- Du bereitest Präsentationen und Business Cases vor
- Du agierst als Ansprechpartner*in für andere Abteilungen
- Du unterstützt das gesamte mjam Team im täglichen Geschäft und in der Umsetzung unserer gemeinsamen Vision

**Das bringst du mit an den Tisch**:

- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du hast bereits einschlägige Berufserfahrungen im Bereich Finanzen, Business Development oder Project Management gesammelt
- Du bringst mindestens 5-jährige Berufserfahrung aus den Big 4, Consultingfirmen oder vergleichbaren Firmen mit
- Weder Teamplay noch eigenverantwortliche Arbeit sind dir fremd
- Du bist bereit, in einem sehr dynamischen und intensiven Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Du behältst in komplexen Situationen den Überblick und kannst Prioritäten setzen
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Nutzung von MS Office und Google Anwendungen, sowie Erfahrungen in unseren Finanztools SAP und BMD sind von Vorteil
