**Aufgaben**:
Als **Head of Digital **stellen Sie sicher, dass unsere Kampagnen erfolgreich sind, Sie wissen wie sich unsere Kundinnen auf unseren digitalen Touchpoints bewegen, Sie generieren Kundinneninsights und stellen durch laufende Optimierungen und Weiterentwicklung sicher, dass unsere Webseite zum idealen Abschlusskanal und Kundenerlebnis wird. Als Teamplayer führen Sie ein Team von Expertinnen und arbeiten eng mit allen Marketing-, Sales
- und Produktkolleginnen zusammen, um unseren Erfolg sicherzustellen, sowie mit den Teams aus Datenschutz, Auslagerung und Legal, damit die Arbeit auch konform ist.

Zu Ihren weiteren Aufgaben zählen:

- Unterstützung und Sicherstellung des Erfolges aller Kampagnen gemeinsam mit dem Marketing-, Sales
- und Produktteam
- Übernahme, Management und Weiterentwicklung der fachlichen Leitung des Digitalteams
- Sicherstellung, Entwicklung und Umsetzung konformer Konzepte zur Kund*inneninsightgenerierung und Personalisierung
- Analyse und Präsentation der KPls und Ableitung von Handlungsoptionen
- Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Website, der digitalen Abschlusskanäle und Entwicklung neuer Konzepte
- Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Produktmanagement, Vertrieb, Data Analytics Team sowie weiteren internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Planung, Einrichtung und Wartung von Marketingtechnologien, Auswahl von Marketingtools zur Insightgenerierung sowie Optimierung

**Anforderungen**:

- Abgeschlossenes facheinschlägiges Studium (BWL, Marketing)
- Berufserfahrung als Leiterin eines Teams im digitalen Marketing Bereich mit Budgetverantwortung
- Erfahrung als Website Owner/im Bereich der digitalen Abschlusskanäle
- Erfahrung im Management und in der Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen
- Erfahrung mit agilen Arbeitsmethoden
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse, sowie Kenntnisse von Jira, Atlassian, Azure oder anderer Projektmanagement Software
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Teamplayer und starke Hands-on Mentalität
- Hohe Motivationsfähigkeit sowie Lern
- und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Hohe Empathie sowie emotionale Intelligenz
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations
