- Führe und manage kleine bis mittelgroße Projekte für die Volksbank Wien sowie den Volksbanken-Verbund.
- Übernehme die Verantwortung für das Anforderungsmanagement in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Fachbereichen.
- Verhandle mit unserem IT-Provider, um Projekte zu planen, umzusetzen und Testabläufe zu koordinieren.
- Stelle sicher, dass die gesteckten Ziele in den Projekten erreicht werden.
- Wirke als Schlüsselperson bei der Kommunikation mit den Fachbereichen und sei eine treibende Kraft für Veränderungen und Innovationen.
- Bereite Entscheidungsgrundlagen auf und präsentiere sie vor unserem Top-Management.

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung (z.B. HAK, HTL, FH oder Universität) oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation.
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bankensektor mit, vorzugsweise mit Fachkenntnissen in den Bereichen Risikocontrolling, Gesamtbanksteuerung und Controlling.
- IREB-Zertifizierungen im Requirements Engineering sind ein Plus.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbständig und äußerst organisiert.
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und zeigst eine klare Zielorientierung und Durchsetzungsstärke.
- Du trittst selbstsicher gegenüber Bereichsleitern, Vorständen und Beratungsunternehmen auf.
- Du besitzt herausragende Problemlösungskompetenz, zeigst hohe Zuverlässigkeit und legst großen Wert auf Genauigkeit.
