Erste Digital develops and maintains all relevant IT-solutions (e.g. SimCorp, Oracle DB/DWH, Web) in the area of Asset and Wealth Management in close co-operation with Erste Asset Management. Erste Asset Management coordinates and is responsible for all asset management activities of Erste Group amounting to more than € 60 billion. More than 300 employees develop and manage investment solutions for our investors across 7 different countries.
The initiatives of the teams have a strong focus on providing the required asset management data for business units to assure Regulatory & Client Reporting, support investment decisions and execute Mid
- and Backoffice processes. The services include maintenance and development of new capabilities for SimCorp Dimension and database solutions with reporting or web frontends.
Delivering successful projects and operations is key to grow our business, in this context we are looking for a Solution Architect/Designer in our IT Wealth Management team.

**What to do**:
- Design and drive comprehensive solutions that meet business requirements
- Provide architectural support to key initiatives and existing solutions for our business partner
- Define technology roadmap and long term strategy by building a collaborative partnership between Wealth Management and Development Teams
- Contribute to technical design including conceptual diagrams, ERDs and technical documentation
- Analyze the current IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement

- A broad knowledge in SQL and database system as well as proven skills of traditional data warehousing and ETL
- You are keen on understanding the business requirements and processes and you are able to map them into the context of our technical platforms
- Very good written (technical) and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of management
- Solid understanding of broad technology trends and the ability to align innovation with business goals
