**HEAD of Supply Chain Management (m/w/x)**:
**Was Sie bei uns verantworten**:

- Leitung der Organisationseinheit, Organisation, Strukturierung und Positionierung der Organisationseinheit sowie Mitarbeiterführung und -entwicklung unter Berücksichtigung der vorhandenen Ressourcen
- Sicherstellung der gesamten Supply Chain und Verantwortung für sämtliche integrierten Abteilungen (Produktionsplanung, Einkauf, Logistik, Prozesstechnik)
- Führung eines 5-köpfigen Teams von Teamleitern und Technikern
- Einführung und Management von Logistik und Lagerkonzepten
- Anpassung und Optimierung des innerbetrieblichen Materialflusses
- Einführung und Überwachung von produktionsrelevanten Kennzahlen sowie Prozessoptimierungen in SAP
- Verantwortung für das gesamtheitliche und konzerninterne Reporting ihrer Organisationseinheit
- Scheuch Gruppe interne Schnittstelle hinsichtlich Auslastung und Termintreue

**Was Sie idealerweise mitbringen**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Logistik oder Supply Chain Management (Uni, FH) oder facheinschlägige Berufserfahrung
- Einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich Produktionsplanung und Distribution
- Führungskompetenz sowie Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Fachkräften und externen Dienstleistern
- Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse (WM, MM, PP)
- Offene Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on Mentalität
- Prozessorientierte Denk
- und Arbeitsweise
