- SUPPLIER QUALITY AND DEVELOPMENT
- MANAGER (M/F/X)

IN REUTTE, AUSTRIA
- RESPONSIBILITIES
- You conduct supplier assessments and supplier audits, set targets and track progress and target achievement
- You develop global systems, processes and plans to optimize supply quality costs
- You promote and monitor the systematic and continuous improvement of suppliers
- You act as a technical link between suppliers and internal functions such as production, quality, R&D and operative purchasing
- You support with technical expertise and advice in the selection of technologies and suppliers
- REQUIREMENTS
- Master's degree in a technical field of study or comparable training
- At least 7 years of professional experience in supplier quality/supplier development
- At least 3 years of experience with supplier audits
- Excellent communication skills and strong intercultural and interdisciplinary skills
- Fluent negotiation skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- In Austria, we are legally obliged to state a minimum wage in every job advertisement. For this post, provided that the requirements of the collective wage agreement for the metal industry (G) are fulfilled, this amounts to at least € 53.068,12 per year for full-time employees and 14 salary payments. We are, of course, prepared to remunerate you above this level, depending on your experience and qualifications. The actual salary and pay scale will be determined in discussion with you.
