**HERAUSFORDERUNGEN, DIE SIE MEISTERN**:

- Unterstützung des Produktmanagements bei der Entwicklung und Auswahl von neuen, nachhaltigen Produktverpackungen der Eigenmarken-Artikel
- Ganzheitliche Bewertung von alternativen Verpackungslösungen in Bezug auf ökologische Vorteilhaftigkeit
- Laufende Identifikation und Umsetzung von Einsparungs
- und Optimierungsmöglichkeiten bestehender Verpackungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Verpackungsindustrie und externen Lieferanten zur Umsetzung von Verpackungsinnovationen
- Koordination von internen Packaging-Schwerpunkten wie z.B. die "Ja Natürlich Raus aus Plastik Offensive"
- Harmonisierung von ästhetischen, ökologischen, funktionalen und wirtschaftlichen Anforderungen an Verpackungen
- Aufbau und Pflege einer Datenbank zur laufenden Bewertung der Verpackungsentwicklungen
- Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und laufende Evaluierung von modernen Verpackungsrichtlinien und nachhaltigen Verpackungszielen
- Laufende Marktbeobachtung

**QUALIFIKATIONEN, DIE WIR BELOHNEN**:

- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Fokus Verpackungsmanagement
- Tiefreichende Kenntnisse über moderne Standards im Bereich FMCG-Verpackung (Kunststoffe, Papier etc.) sowie Verpackungstechnologien
- 3- bis 5-jährige Berufserfahrung in der Verpackungsindustrie, im FMCG-Verpackungs
- oder Produktmanagement
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse
- Hohe Lösungsorientierung und Organisationsgeschick
- Neugierde, Hartnäckigkeit und Innovationsfreude
- Verbindung von fachlicher Expertise und Kundenorientierung
- Durchsetzungs
- und Kommunikationsstärke
- Selbstständige, proaktive und verlässliche Arbeitsweise
