**Das bewirken Sie**
- Selbstständige Fehleranalyse und Berechtigung bei operativen Prozessproblemen
- Unterstützung bei der Konfiguration unserer operativen Payment Systeme (Zahlungsmethoden, Risikoparameter, Benutzerformulare)
- Selbstständige Koordination und Tests von einfachen Systemänderungen durch unsere externen Dienstleister und die interne IT
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von analytischen Auswertungen und Präsentationen

**Das bringen Sie mit**
- Abgeschlossene Schulbildung (BHS / HAK) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement sowie E-Commerce Marketing
- Einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich Geschäftsprozessanalyse
- Erfahrung als Scrum Master von Vorteil
- Genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit der Fähigkeit zum analytisch-logischen Denken
- Hohe Belastbarkeit und Durchhaltevermögen
- Kenntnisse über Verhandlungstechniken
- Erfahrung mit SAP-User und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und korrespondenzfähiges Englisch
