Together, we’ll reinvent essentials for sustainable living, foster growth, and have a lasting impact on the generations to come.Your tasks - Play an integral role in securing a strong commercial positioning in our core b2b fuel customer segments (aviation, road transportation, maritime, resellers). - Shape the future of b2b fuels by driving the sustainable transformation of our product and service portfolio (e.g., sustainable fuels, bio-certificates). - Systematically anticipate and shape customer needs, stay ahead of market trends and legislative drivers and translate them into competitive product innovations. - Be the go-to expert in our business unit for sustainability related regulations & legislation that impact our sales business and ensure compliance of our offer in alignment with internal and external stakeholders. - Take full accountability for managing and optimizing the b2b fuels product portfolio for maximum integrated impact short/mid/long-term and increase share of premium and sustainable products. - Manage b2b fuels products along the full lifecycle from ideation, assessment, implementation & review across our markets and ensure that changes in production/supply & logistics, affecting our product sales portfolio, properly reflect sales and customer requirements. - Lead international and interdisciplinary product development projects from sales side incl. Management of Change procedure in close alignment with other functions (sales, (bio)supply, logistics, optimization, HSSE, technical product development ). - Establish a customer - and partner-focused environment and strongly collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. - Functionally lead product management expert. **Your profile** - University Degree Master/Diploma in Business Administration & Management, Marketing & Product Management, Sustainability, Project Management, or related discipline and min.7 years of relevant working experience in product management/innovation, business development, customer-centric sustainability management, ideally in a b2b context. - Track record of identifying product innovation opportunities and developing new products or services. - Experience in leading interdisciplinary and international project teams as well as strong knowledge of fuel related sustainability regulations and legislation and their business impact. - Good understanding of relevant markets, value chains and key value drivers in the industry and outstanding conceptual thinking and ability to analyze and develop solutions for complex problems in a dynamic market environment. - Entrepreneurial and growth mindset, passionate, proactive as well as strong communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills. - Customer - and partnership-oriented personality. - Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a big plus. **What to expect from OMV** - We believe that we can only evolve and thrive as a company with a highly diverse mix of employees and by ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
