**Our business**

**Your role**:

- In this position you develop the optimal combination of risk transfer and self-insurance within OMV Group as well as the optimization of the resulting requirement for insurance cover.
- You are responsible for setting-up, negotiating and placing of adequate insurance policies for the benefit of OMV Group, in line with the Group's risk management strategy.
- You renew and continuously adopt existing policies.
- You support OMV senior management by implementing OMV Group standards, align and consolidate covers in order to gain consistent cover and achieve efficiency and cost saving effects.
- You select and collaborate with international intermediaries in regards to insurance, captive reinsurance, issuing of local polices, licensing, compliance and tax implications.
- You coordinate and support claims management
- You establish and develop a profound relationship to the respective OMV business units and subsidiaries
- You give professional advice and support in all matters of operation risk transfer, insurable risk and insurance related enquiries to the respective business units.

**Your profile**:

- University degree in Business, Economics or Finance
- At least 7 years of professional experience.
- Profound insurance knowledge.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to detect, analyze, understand and assess risks and exposure.
- Excellent English skills.
