**Our business**
**Your role**:
- You lead the change management processes of strategic HR Initiatives (including HR IT, Purpose, Leadership and Behavioral Change) and translating this into a Strategic Transformation Programs for OMV Group, Divisions and Branch Offices globally.
- You are responsible for supporting the change management of the Business Transformation across OMV Group in liaison with respective Senior Leadership to drive Purpose & Culture.
- You are responsible to initiate, drive and coordinate strategic change management projects of the HRT IT Roadmap to ensure a high Employee Experience and People Management across the OMV Group.
- You act as a change management knowledge sharing hub, provide coaching and training to key stakeholders; facilitates, trains, and assists staff and other stakeholders in change & project management, communication and behavioral change.
- You do the functional steering of inter-disciplinary agile project/product teams, coordinating interfaces and touchpoints to different functions within OMV Group and Branch Offices and managing interdependencies to connected fields.
- You develop and implement HR Communication and Engagement Strategies.
- You design and facilitate internal sessions and workshops, train-the-trainer function for development interventions within the company.
- You work with external suppliers, managing, negotiating contracts and quality of execution
**Your profile**:
- You have a Master Degree
- You have minimum 9 years of relevant professional experience
- You have experience in leading large scale (Behavioral) Change Programs in global organizations and familiar with all aspects of change management
- You are experienced in Leadership and People development strategies in global organizations. Functional business experience will be of added advantage
- You have the ability to lead and influence at all levels in the organization
- You are a strong strategic thinker, able to draw on fact based insights to build robust long term plans
- You have strong consulting skills, ability to provide advise on key leadership and behavioral topics
- You are able to design and deliver organizational development interventions
- You have good written communication and engagement skills in English, German is a plus
