**What You’ll Be Doing**:
In you new role, you will be supporting internal labour studies, including in-county research (online) and through third parties, supporting projects and prospects with collecting relevant market employee relations information and creating advice and guidance.

Your duties will be varied, including:

- Assist in writing labour surveys for projects and prospects
- Research and establish data for the APAC region on labour supply and demand
- Maintain an internal SharePoint/internal webpage
- Provide management and oversight of a quarterly Workforce Services Management report
- Maintain critical data from projects, including D&I, training statistics, craft employed, special milestones and initiatives
- Support requests from Business Development to obtain critical data, or develop presentations to assist in proposals
- Attend meetings and participates in discussions of anticipated or immediate labour issues.

**What You’re Good At**:
To be successful, you will be a recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Business Management, Organizational Development, Law, or related degree.

You must be comfortable working in either an office or field environment as you travelling to and working on Project sites and living in remote camps will be a requirement.

You will need:

- Adapt to change and stress in the work environment and manages competing demands
- Express ideas and information in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Efficiently organize work activities to meet deadlines
- Be a self-starter, ability to use sound business judgment in carrying out assigned tasks
- The ability to multi-task and maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
