**Project Overview**:
Pluto Train 2 is the expansion of a second LNG train at the existing Pluto LNG onshore facility near Karratha in Western Australia run by Woodside Energy.
Pluto Train 2 will process Scarborough gas and have an LNG capacity of ~5 million tonnes per annum. As part of the construction of Pluto Train 2, additional domestic gas infrastructure will be installed to increase capacity to ~225 Terajoules per day.
Woodside Energy has selected Bechtel to deliver the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning scope of work for Pluto Train 2.

**Position Overview**:
Bechtel is seeking a Senior Recruitment Lead to join the Pluto Train 2 Project team. The Workforce Services function is comprised of several functions including, Employee and Industrial Relations, professional craft Recruitment, Transport, Camp Management, Site Access Control (Security) and professional craft Training. We seek to optimise our professional craft performance whilst minimising industrial risk.
**What you bring**:
- Understanding and personally complying with Project environmental, safety and health philosophy, systems, and requirements.
- Lead and manage the recruitment team to maximum engagement and efficiency
- Delegate and coordinate recruitment activities in support of the Project mobilisation plan
- Provide leadership and support to the recruitment team
- Experience in job portals and development of job adverts
- Conduct regular meetings with Project stakeholders.
- Update and maintain internal applicant tracking system ensuring accuracy and currency
- Manage all aspects of mobilisation and compliance, including pre-employment medicals, training, inductions, weld testing, site access, flights, rosters, and accommodation.
- Develop and manage good working relationships with Project Construction team and Subcontractors on mobilisation processes and systems, ensuring compliance with the Project mobilisation procedure.
- Prepare employment contract documents and ensure paperwork is completed accurately
- Manage day to day administration of recruitment activities such as online database and internal mobilisation systems inclusive of payroll system
- Prepare and maintain reports relative to mobilization activities (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
- Perform audits on pre-mobilisation activities
- Prepare and deliver reporting data to Workforce Services Manager and project personnel.
**About you**:
- Strong recruitment/mobilisation experience working within the construction, mining or shutdown industry will be highly regarded
- Proven experience managing/leading recruitment teams or equivalent
- Ability to work across multiple systems (mobilization/payroll/travel) and software
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Fast paced, dynamic work environment
- ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and targets
- Well-developed effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be able to work autonomously as well as in a team
- Solutions driven, shows initiative and motivated to deliver
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
**Additional Information**
- The Pluto Train 2 Project is a Major Hazard Facility meaning this is a non-smoking site and no tobacco products - i.e. cigarettes, vapes, lighters, tobacco - are permitted to be brought to the site._
**This position is available to both local and non-local personnel. For non-locals (FIFO/DIDO), the working roster is 3/1.**
