**Tasks**:
In this Position you are supporting the Head of QSHE in further development the organization of the business unit compression.

Tasks are:

- Executing safety strategy in our oil & gas BU for your customers -products and services
- Serving our customer on global skal - safety is essential for our operational performance
- Help our customers to make their processes reliable, effective & sustainable
- Keep our employees safe and processes environmental sound
- Based on existing standards advance QSHE organization
- Further develop communication & collaboration through organization
- Participate & lead leadership trainings
- Prepare KPI’s for management reporting
- Gathering existing environmental data
- Define divisional approach on environmental management
- Ad hoc support on global projects / incident management

**Requirements**:
To be successful on this position following expertise’s are requested.
- Experience with occupational safety & environmental management, law & regulations
- Good combination skills in English to communicate with stakeholders across hierarchy & cultures - ability to build networks
- Open to travel till 30%
- Expert education in minimum one field (Quality-Safety-Health-Environmental)
- Oversee sub projects

Technical background e.g. HTL or Bachelor degree
