**Your tasks**
- Leadership of the Event Sales Team
- Acceptance and qualification of event and group requests
- Conducting sales calls and house tours/ site inspections with customers
- Representing and marketing our unique meeting spaces
- Close cooperation with the Event Service Manager and the Sales Department
- Monitoring trends - pay attention to innovations for the event sector
- Regularly conducting and observing market analyses
- Active and planned customer acquisitions with the aim of establishing close contact with the local client
- Supporting activities in the preparation of the annual business plan, as well as its execution and the achievement of the specified objectives

**What you bring with you**
- Completed apprenticeship in the luxury hotel industry, upscale gastronomy or degree from a hotel management school
- Pronounced guest and service orientation
- Ability to work in a team, high adaptability and flexible commitment
- perfect German and English skills, any other foreign language is an advantage
