**About the Position**:
As the Chief of Staff at Speedinvest, you will be a key partner to the General Partners and senior leadership team, driving strategic initiatives, ensuring operational efficiency, and enabling cross-functional collaboration across our offices and teams. This role is varied, combines both highly strategic and very hands-on tasks and requires high level of adaptability and resilience. We believe it is highly rewarding because your work will have a big impact on the development and success of Speedinvest and you will work closely with the key decision makers of this organisation, giving you great insight into one of Europe’s leading VCs.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Work closely together with the General Partner and support them with strategic initiatives, define the roll-out plan and implement them successfully in a timely manner
- Drive the planning, execution, and follow-up of key projects across the firm, managing interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Ensure that projects stay within its timeline and budget
- Ensure project governance and reporting
- Prepare briefings, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare the agenda and presentation deck with cross functional team members for important reoccurring internal meetings

**Your Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of relevant work experience in a strategic, operational, or consulting role, preferably within the venture capital, startup, or technology sectors
- Passionate about driving initiatives, excellent project management skills with the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly
- Excellent communication and story-telling skills, both written and verbal, good presentation skills
- Desire to work in a dynamic, fast paced and entrepreneurial organization
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a high degree of flexibility to adjust to last minute updates or changes
- Natural at establishing relationships with different stakeholders and working with cross-functional and distributed teams
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail and passion for numbers
- Dedicated work ethic, proactive attitude and commitment to a goal-oriented environment, creative problem solver
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint & Excel and experience in building complex presentations, with an interest to learn new tools (e.g. Notion, Google Drive, Airtable, etc.)
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
