(other RHIM locations in Europe, CIS & Türkiye are possible)About the jobAs the Chief of Staff, you will play a critical role in supporting the Regional President in managing and executing key strategic initiatives, ensuring operational efficiency, and enhancing the overall effectiveness. In this position, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive organizational priorities and act as a trusted advisor to the Regional President for our Europe, CIS & Türkiye region. In this role you will travel up to 20% to different RHIM locations in the region.In addition, your tasks will includeLeading the development of executive briefings, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.Facilitating the decision-making process by preparing necessary materials, synthesizing information, and providing clear recommendations.Coordinating and monitoring of the progress of ongoing projects and providing regular updates to the Regional President.Providing the Regional President with key insights, feedback, and suggestions on regional performance, potential risks, and opportunities.Acting as a sounding board, offering constructive feedback on various initiatives, policies, and decisions.About youYou are a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude.
