**What to expect from this role**:

- Act as a strategic partner to our CEO, enhancing decision-making and information flow;
- Liaise across functions, ensuring alignment with our ambitious goals;
- Lead critical projects to successful, timely completion;
- Identify and implement process improvements, streamlining our operations;
- Develop and maintain pivotal relationships with industry advisors, investors, and partners;
- Be proactive, anticipating needs and addressing challenges before they arise.

**What you should bring**:

- A university degree in business, technology, or a related field;
- 2-4 years of experience in a dynamic environment, ideally in VC, PE, or top-tier consulting;
- Exceptional project management and communication skills;
- Ability to navigate complex scenarios;
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a keen understanding of business dynamics;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented approach;
- Strategic thinker, adept at making data-informed decisions;
- Based in Vienna, fluent in English, and German as a plus.

We pay competitive salaries based on talents’ skills and experience; legally, we have to disclose the minimum salary, in this case € 55,000 gross per year for the above mentioned requirements. This salary is based on Austrian standards; salary may differ according to talent's location.
