Your new adventure

Leading the HR Operations & Payroll Team with a combination of professionals who address and solve basic inquiries by following written guides alongside operational specialists e.g. for payroll and SOX/FIC compliance that manage special and specific inquiries by using their functional expertise

Manage the monthly payroll for white-collar and blue-collar employees and ensure that legal, tax and social insurance compliance of Austria are applied and updated in time

Ensure our record keeping and data processing procedures comply with GDPR requirements

Review and update our employment contracts and agreements

Accountable for the day-to-day performance of the HR Operations & Payroll Team, providing effective support, guidance and advice to managers and staff members

Lead the development of an effective HR Operational Service including payroll and HR information systems and implement continuous improvement processes to ensure that all HR Operational Systems and processes are fit for purpose

Support the HR Transformation Program to achieve the high-impact HR Target Operating Model in partnership with local Total Reward & Global Payroll

Provide vision and leadership to your team by managing people, performance, development, health and wellbeing issues and resources effectively and in line with relevant policies and procedures

Define and measure key people performance indicators against success measures to drive continuous improvement

Manage a designated budget ensuring that value for money is achieved in all circumstances through the monitoring and control of expenditure and the early identification of any financial irregularity (SOX/FIC-controls)

Attending and collaborate with Total Reward & Global Payroll to follow BRP HR roadmap and identifying potential synergies and common processes, procedures, best practice sharing & the uses of BRP HRIS solutions

Your experience s and skills

University degree in business administration or similar

Minimum of 5 years' experience acting as Payroll Leader in an international environment in relevant industries

Experienced in efficient and effective management of Payroll topics and HR Services in a matrix organization

Proven track record in a comparable role, experience with labor law including social security law and collective agreements as well as SOX & FIC controls

Fluent in both English & German

We offer

You will receive an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 70,738.50 gross/year according to the very attractive collective agreement of the metal industry. An overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
