DHL Air (Austria) GmbH is a new cargo airline founded in 2021, and is a subsidiary of Deutsche Post DHL (DPDHL) Group. The prime focus of the airline is to operate for the EU network with a fleet of Boeing 757 aircraft. The headquarters of the airline is located in Vienna, main crew base is currently in Leipzig, delivering our customer promise of Excellence. Simply Delivered. During the course of a new project of adding four Boeing 767sto the existing fleet, we’re looking forward to expanding our staff in Vienna.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
You provide expert support to the Technical Department for internal and external publication of Technical Documentation. Ensuring the availability of current Technical Documentation (EASA, NAA, OEM, STC, etc. ) for the DHA fleet. Alignment and administration of contracts with maintenance providers and other technical suppliers. You willperform all organizational and administrative duties in an autonomous coordination for the Senior Director CAMO and ensure the digital archiving of maintenance documentation and request required adaptations from contracted MROs.
YOUR TASKS:

- Ensuring technical data availability according aviation regulations and CAME for DHA CAMO and contracted Part 145s
- Monitoring of relevant sources (EASA, (FAA), ACG, OEMs, STC-Holder) for new publications
- Distribution of technical documentation via WebManuals, Boeing Toolbox, Sharepoint a.o. to DHA departments and contracted MROs
- Alignment and administration of contracts with maintenance providers and other technical suppliers
- Preparation, alignment and administration of technical contracts including SGHAs for contracted MROs
- Preparation and distribution of CAMO publications
- Assistance for the implementation of projects within the Technical Department (CAMO)
- Coordination of insurance claims
- Document management

YOUR PROFILE:

- Completed vocational training and minimum 2 years of work experience in similar function
- Work experience in the airline industry and experience on Technical documentation/ records preferred
- Willingness to get in touch with technical issues of aircraft maintenance and airworthiness regulations
- Service-oriented working style
- Flexibility and very good interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving capability and organizational skills
- Sense of responsibility and confidentiality
- Team player with excellent communication and integrator skills
- Project coordination experience and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office, Airvault, Webmanuals and knowledge of Boeing documentation preferred
- Very good English and German knowledge
