Unser Auftraggeber ist eine **sehr erfolgreiche Unternehmensgruppe** mit Hauptsitz in **Wien Simmering**, die in ihrem Segment zu den weltweit führenden Verpackungsherstellern von kosmetischen und pharmazeutischen Produkten zählt. Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir eine/n **genauenhaft/en Personalsachbearbeiter/in bzw. HR Assistenz** in **1110 Wien Simmering**.

**Ihre Aufgabenschwerpunkte**:

- Aufbereitung der Daten für Personalplanung, -beschaffung, -entwicklung und -controlling
- Employer Branding auf Karriere.at, LinkedIn, Xing, Kununu, Facebook und Instagram
- Bewerbermanagement, Korrespondenz und Terminkoordination
- Interviewvorbereitung und gelegentliche Protokollführung
- Eventorganisation auf Schulen und Karrieremessen
- Unterstützung der Führungskräfte

**Ihre Qualifikation**:

- Ausbildung in der Personalentwicklung, Personalmanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung mit den gängigen Bewerbungsplattformen und Social Media Marketing
- Gute MS-Office und Englisch Kenntnisse

**Ihr Profil**:

- Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationsgeschick und Menschenfreundlichkeit
- Freude an der Mitarbeit und der Weiterentwicklung von HR-Prozessen
- Eigenständig arbeitende und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
