The Salesforce/CPQ Administrator is a critical component of the commercial operations team at Emarsys. Reporting to the SFDC team leader, responsibilities include but are not limited to managing the CPQ solution, maintaining complex pricing structures & strategies, managing price catalogue changes and providing sales execution insight. You will work close to deal desk team, information systems, sales operations and global sales teams to optimize the deal cycle.
You utilize strong analysis, problem solving, and multitasking skills to manage the CPQ solution in a growing organization to identify new process improvement approaches and rollout significant changes.

**YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To play a pivotal role in the scoping, implementation, rollout and ongoing maintenance of the CPQ solution
- Analyse system change requirements related to product launches, existing portfolio and price ruleset changes, templates auto-filling, approval flow and incorporate them into the solution through standard administrative adjustments or by working with developers on customization
- Work alongside Deal Desk & Sales Operations to optimize sales execution
- Provide valuable insight into business practices by extracting and analysing data
- Provide tactical guidance, build and maintain reference material to enable full alignment on CPQ solution usage
- Engage vendor support team to resolve downtime, system errors, restrictions and enhancements
- Proactively identify opportunities and enable transformation in our fast-growing group

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Previous experience and domain knowledge of Configure, Price, Quote & Quote-to-Cash topic, ideally in an analyst or admin capacity
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a huge plus)
- Working knowledge of CPQ & Quote-to-Cash tech solution - e.g., CloudSense, Apttus, SFDC CPQ, CallidusCloud or similar changing organization
- A fast-thinking, high-energy individual with a sense of humor and ability to work with a wide range of personalities
- Tech-oriented with commercial aptitude
- Ability to communicate to non-tech background audiences
- Thrives on a high-growth, rapidly
- Admin experience with Salesforce is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree and Salesforce certification will be a plus
