**The Position**
As our Medical Manager Cardiovascular Disease, you are mainly responsible for Opinion Leaders (OL) management: build up and maintain a strong network of health care providers (HCP) and other relevant stakeholder to establish sustainable relationships in the field of CVD.
Furthermore, you will be the key contributor for:

- Strong focus on development, planning and early execution of pre-launch activities to optimally prepare for new product launches
- Medical education (external and internal): develop, plan and organize innovative educational activities, including own scientific presentations
- Digitalisation: develop, refine and expedite usage of virtual tools and innovative formats for interactions and communication with customers, contribution to multichannel initiatives
- Medical Guidance: development of medical strategy in CVD, strong collaboration with Marketing, Market Access and Sales Force
- Clinical activities: involvement in site selection, medical training and local investigator-initiated studies

**Qualifications**
- You have a completed University degree in Science, Pharmacy or Medicine
- You bring min. 5 years working experience, preferably in cardiovascular/cardiometabolic related areas
- You have strong customer orientation and the ability to build sustainable network relationships at all levels
- You bring excellent communication and presentation skills with you
- You are characterized by your digital mind-set and your profound understanding of digital technologies, technology platforms and multichannel engagement
- You convince through your analytical, strategic and conceptual thinking but also your result-driven skills
- You have also strong scientific curiosity, i.e. clinical trials, new data and publications
- You show high IT proficiency and are experienced in handling CRM tools
- You have excellent German (native level) and English language skills in both written and spoken
- You show willingness to travel

**About the Department**
Working within an agile, international environment you will be our new Medical Manager Cardiovascular Disease being responsible for high-quality scientific medical communication to external stakeholders according to local medical strategy. In this role you will be an integral part of our passionate CMR team of the Austrian affiliate of Novo Nordisk and report directly to our CMR Director. In addition to your affiliate responsibility, you will be part of the CMR network in “NorthWest Europe” Business Area. The office is located in Vienna, Austria.
