Consolidation Specialist

**Location: Austria, Wien**:
**As a member of the global IMS finance team, you will be the central point of contact responsible for consolidation of financial information across our international operations in Austria, Taiwan, Korea, and the USA. This position will require strong international teamwork and may include occasional travel.**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Establish a global reporting structure and processes for consolidation of accounts and roll-up of financial information across our business operations in Austria and at international subsidiaries in Taiwan, Korea, and USA
- Ensure integrity of accounting across geographies and monitor compliance with US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Practices)
- In collaboration with the global IMS finance team, execute the monthly | quarterly | year-end finance close processes, and prepare financial reporting packages compliant with US GAAP, including audited annual financial statements and footnotes
- Serve as central contact for collaboration with external Austrian and international tax advisors and financial auditors
- As member of finance team, support the preparation of annual budgets

**Your Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related discipline. CPA or equivalent certification would be considered an advantage.
- At least 5 years of practical experience in a position responsible for public accounting, preferably including multi-national transactions and statutory and/or legal entity accounting.
- Broad experience with UGB-, IFRS-, and US-GAAP accounting practices, and a strong motivation to grow your skills set and venture into new areas.
- Self-starter skills: Track record of prioritizing between multiple responsibilities, working independently through ambiguous problems in a structured manner, developing solution options and coordinating with stakeholders to drive projects to timely completion.
- Team player skills: Excellent written and oral communication in English, interpersonal skills to connect and exercise influence upwards and across organizations, intercultural competence, and service orientation.
- Working proficiency in information systems and tools for managing and analyzing financial data.
