The role will also support and provide input to the global SMEs in the field and participate to the global SME networks both as an input and expertise provider and as a recipient. The role can be based in any European Country.

**What You’ll Do for Us**:

- Works closely with the audit team and labs to ensure appropriate governance is in place to monitor performance in manufacturing facilities and distribution networks related to thermal processes
- Provide specific input and support into the development of the relevant innovation pipeline
- Accountable and responsible for developing the OU technical capabilities into new technologies, processes and specifications necessary to support the emerging product categories. Develop and deliver technical training content related to the area of expertise
- Provide microbiological expertise and support risk assessment of new products introductions, troubleshooting and validations
- Lead input to bottling partners and corporate on validation and verification of processes and equipment
- Collaborate within the Company SME network, with suppliers, other external experts to ensure that we are informed and adopt the innovation in the SME field, are capable to execute in a safe and effective way the relevant innovation
- Share best practices and wire together the system community of experts to raise our collective capability in this area of expertise
- Assessment, validation, upgrade and investments into new technologies and analytical methods
- Knowledgeable about the regulatory requirements and the industry trends
- Operational support and governance for the bottling operations
- Input into specific M&As for due diligence and future integration as necessary
- Troubleshooting, incident management, corrective action plans development for the specific issues that could arise in the SME area
- Creation and implementation with the local OU and bottling partners of specific SOPs and methods to ensure safe and quality operations

**Qualifications & Requirements**:
Min 5 years’ experience in QSE or technical operations
- Degree in Microbiology
SME experience in the Coca Cola system or other relevant industries
Demonstrated ability to work on large scale projects in the area of expertise.
Bottling experience is an advantage.
Outstanding communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Additional language is a plus
