**Deine Rolle**:

- Du bist die erste Ansprechpartner:in für interne Auftraggeber:innen aus unterschiedlichen Bereichen für Werbemittel
- & Drucksortenproduktion
- Du planst Produktionsprojekte vom Briefing bis zur Auslieferung von Druck und Werbemitteln (Giveaways, Drucksorten, Kataloge, Folder etc.) inklusive aller notwendigen Spezifikationen
- Du trägst die operative Verantwortung für die Durchführung der Druck
- und Werbemittel Produktionen
- Du erarbeitest Timings, holst Kostenvoranschläge von Produzent:innen ein, führst Nachverhandlungen und vergibst die Aufträge
- Du bist im laufenden Austausch mit Auftraggeber:innen und dem Kreativ-Team
- Du übernimmst die Kontrolle und den Versand der Druckdaten, die Qualitätskontrolle bei Anlieferung oder ggf. Abnahme vor Ort und kümmerst dich um das Reklamationsmanagement
- Du verantwortest, dass die Produktionen nachhaltigen Maßstäben ausgeführt werden
- Du verantwortest die Qualitäts
- sowie Rechnungskontrolle deiner Aufträge
- Du entwickelst interne Prozesse und Abläufe weiter und haltest Ausschau nach neuen Möglichkeiten und Trends für unsere Auftraggeber:innen

**Deine Stärken**:

- Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung in einer Produktionsagentur oder in vergleichbaren Bereichen
- Sattelfest mit Acrobat, Basiswissen InDesign / Illustrator
- Sicheren Umgang mit dem Office-Paket
- Du verfügst über hervorragende Kenntnisse der gängigen Druckverfahren, inkl. Digitaldrucktechniken, Druckvorstufe und Weiterverarbeitung
- Erfahrener Umgang mit Lieferanten und verhandlungssicheres Auftreten
- Affinität für Farbmanagement, Reinzeichnung, Papiere, Veredelungen etc.
- Erfahrung mit nachhaltigen Produktionen
- Zuverlässige:r Kommunikative:r Teamplayer:in mit Auge für Details
- Du bist kreativ, kannst mit deiner Einstellung das Team motivieren und unterstützen
- Du ergreifst gerne die Initiative, arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert und übernimmst Verantwortung
