**YOUR TASKS**:

- In this role, you'll oversee and coordinate all phases of the snacks production in terms of operations from team to process management
- You'll ensure that all production is executed according to quality and food safety standards, within time and budget
- Understanding, implementing and educating yourself continuously about the mechanical, technical, craftsmanship and food-related aspects of all the value and production chain in snacks manufacturing

**YOUR SKILLS & TALENTS**:

- Experience in food or FMCG production processes
- Strong understanding of operational and technical processes including mechanical skills
- Proven ability to proactively find solutions to operational challenges, being a strong problem solver and showing hands-on mentality
- Motivated team player with a practical, energetic, adaptable and proactive approach
- High attention to detail while maintaining high attention to speed
- Ability to keep cool under time pressure, mental and time flexibility instead of "9 to 5 thinking" to build up different production shifts
- Emotional intelligence, accuracy, personal integrity, professional appearance and discretion are mandatory
