**Your Challenge**
- As an intern assisting the CEO and CFO, you will be engaging in a dynamic role for up to 15 hours per week and over a period of 12-18 months (with the option of working full-time during vacations). This internship offers you the chance to gain invaluable experience in a high-impact environment. Your tasks:

- Preparing presentations
- Preparing for and following up on meetings
- Administrative support of the daily routine (appointment coordination, travel planning)
- Support in communicating and implementing strategic topics from Greiner AG within the Greiner Packaging division
- Preparation and creation of reports

**Your Profile**
- Master's student - ideally in economics - who wants to work part-time with us
- First professional or internship experience in office management and or assistance
- Profound knowledge of MS Office (PPT, XLS)
- Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Structured and analytical mindset
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Personal accountability coupled with good organizational skills and a high degree of loyalty and discretion

You have the option of working at our Corporate Center in Sattledt or using the premises of Greiner AG in the ICON Tower at Vienna Central Station as your workplace.
