Every woom bike is designed to bring **joy into the lives of as many children as possible**. Design thinking and user focused innovation is at the heart of everything we do. It's what separates us from the competition. Now a global company, our design studio is looking for a **passionate & driven** individual for a **product design internship** in our studio in Klosterneuburg.

**Your Mission**
- Play a significant role in the **development of new products**, accessories and experiences
- Learn & support the team throughout the design process
- Research & **identify new opportunity areas** to provide inspiration and project direction
- Generate concepts **from sketch to prototype**:

- Cooperate beyond design with product managers, marketing, engineers and strategists to **contribute to our full product design process**

**Your Skills**
- **Currently enrolled** in a design focused programme
- Effective communicator who is driven to bring **fresh perspectives** to the table
- Creative, forward thinking with an exceptional eye for detail
- An affinity with **user focus design**:

- The **ability to communicate ideas** effectively
- Demonstrates a** high level of proficiency** in sketching, model making, 2D design development (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), 3D modelling (Solidworks / Fusion 360) & rendering (KeyShot).
- **Motivated to gain insights **to influence the woom design process and company culture

Our sustainable and lightweight bikes have won awards and created a loyal customer base all over the world** **We are an **international, multicultural team** with more than **10 nationalities**. Our **working environment** is flexible: in **our cool office** you sit in the middle of the team for **optimal exchange**, but you also **have enough space to work** in peace and the possibility to use home office. With over **190 employees **it can be difficult** to maintain** the **startup atmosphere**, so we **place a lot of emphasis** on a **friendly working atmosphere** and **extensive** **onboarding**.

For this position, we offer you a **gross monthly salary of EUR 1.300 on a full-time basis**.

We think that the most valuable thing we can offer you, besides **a fair salary and good fringe benefits**, is our **great mission.**

**Flexibility is not just a buzzword with us,** it is our way of work: if your job profile allows, you work within a **broad flextime framework** with a short core time. Our **flexitime mode**l allows you to **consume your extra hours as time off** and, in accordance with your people leader, you work either **in the office or from another location within Austria.**
