HR Senior Remuneration Specialist

In this role you will be working as a senior specialist in the Group Remuneration & Reporting department, that is part of the Group People & Culture division.

**Your Tasks**:

- Being responsible for overall group remuneration including variable remuneration, incentive schemes, goal setting and monitoring, performance evaluation, reporting, and employee share program
- Being part of (or lead) an agile team running the annual bonus process including budget analysis and supporting the end-to-end process
- The role is perfect for you, when you like data-modelling exercises, calculation of scenarios and analysis of remuneration related data

**What you'll bring with you**:

- Experience in the field of HR in general, specifically collective agreements and standard HR processes such as salary bands, collective bargaining agreements, bonus models, salary increases, etc.
- Experience in variable remuneration and goal setting, reporting and controlling
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with data analysis, basic payroll knowledge is an advantage
- You are proactive, have a strong hands-on mentality and enjoy working with people
- Analytical thinking, organizational and negotiation skills
- Very good communication skills on all levels of the organizational hierarchy
- Fluent in English and German
