**SingularityNET** is seeking an experienced **People Operations (Human Resources) Manager** to help us improve our tools and processes, while keeping a clear record of all changes and requests within the organization. This is a full-time, fully remote position.

What we are looking for:
The Head of HR will have a keen eye for the needs and challenges of our diverse workforce and will proactively advise the Executive team to act when needed. Working in a crypto scale-up can be both exciting and demanding, so while he/she will embrace change and cope with ad hoc demands, to be successful in this role will involve maintaining the reliability and stability of the company as it grows.
**Responsibilities**:
- Take responsibility for the coordination of all people-related processes.
- Be a driving force in the growth of our organization.
- Organize the HR department and clearly communicate to stakeholders the status of hiring requests and priorities, recruiting processes, contracts, budget and workforce planning.
- Coordinate talent acquisition process, to include compelling job descriptions and knowledge on where to advertise positions and how to headhunt top talent.
- Formalize reporting structures, organize and coordinate performance reviews and help design career paths.
- Keep track of current and future allocations of people to teams and projects.
- Use your knowledge of individual people and the organisation’s needs to steer team members towards the role and/or project that will be most fulfilling for them and most beneficial to the company.
- Foster a positive work atmosphere for all teams, ensuring their happiness and job satisfaction.
- Monitor the wellbeing of our people and suggest innovative ideas to improve it.
- Promote our values and be an ambassador for our company.
- Advocate for an inclusive work environment where everyone can be their true (and best) selves.
- Keep up to date with Employment Law regulations and changes.
- Create and update HR Metrics and Reports
- Plan and/or host workforce performance reviews and appraisals.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in HR or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ work experience in a HR role within tech companies.
- Ability to compile and analyse HR data and make recommendations related to hiring and retaining staff, as well as improving HR processes.
- Excellent IT skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HR systems and processes as well as employment law
- Experience with HR metrics and KPIs
- Experience working in a diverse, multicultural work environment.
- Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the workplace.
- Experience or strong affinity with scale-up organizations.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented with a hands-on mentality.
- Willingness to embrace change and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with a remote work environment and culture.
- Proficient in written and spoken English (C1)
- Must be able to work in EU/UK/ Ireland times
Pay: 25,000.00€ - 30,000.00€ per year
