Project Specialist Digital Validation

**Your tasks**:

- Manage and execute the Quality Initiative Digital Validation across the sites within the scope of the Vision 2026 QAQC workstream
- Transfer paper-based processes as described in global SOP into processes
- Design digital validation management processes: equipment qualification validation of production and cleaning processes, validation of analytical methods and validation of computerized systems
- Support the implementation of the company's digital validation management system at the international sites of Fresenius Kabi
- Evaluate current local processes for replacement by digital processes
- Identify efficiency improvement potentials in accordance with the global SOPs and the regulatory guidances
- Support on-site in the implementation of the digital validation management system as well as conduct train-the-trainer sessions
- Have the overview of identified improvement processes and alignment/distribution across the sites
- Follow-up with local implementation plans and status of our projects
- Report the status to the steering committee

**Our expectations**:

- Successfully completed degree in the field of Natural or Engineering Science
- Relevant experience in qualification / validation and validation system design
- Relevant project management / project controlling experience
- Good knowledge of national and international GxP-guidelines
- IT affinity
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills
- Reliability as well as high quality awareness
- Fluent in English in speaking and writing
- Willingness to Travel
