We are currently seeking new talented individuals to join our Danieli Service Team.

**Job Title**: Customer Care Project Manager

**Location**: Volkermarkt (Danieli Austria)

**Responsibilities**:

- Costs, timing and quality management of the processes
- Coordination between client and company
- Client relationship management

**Technical Requirements**:

- Previous Experience in the role, preferibly in mechanical/siderurgical industry
- Languages: English (Italian and German would be a plus)

**Soft Skills**:

- Good comunication skills
- Result Orientation
- Stress Management

Danieli Service works closely with steel and nonferrous metal producers worldwide to enhance performance of their plants, providing global solutions based on state-of-the-art equipment and digital systems.
