Eingebettet in die Business Unit Customer Services, bist du Teil eines globalen Resident Maintenance (RM) Teams welches für die Gesamtabwicklung der RM Anlagen, von der Konzeptausarbeitung bis hin zur Umsetzung, verantwortlich ist
- Verantwortung für den Aufbau des gesamten Instandhaltungs
- und Reportingsystems bei Kundenanlagen inkl. Ramp-Up
- Definition und Ausrollen der erforderlichen lokalen Prozesse
- Auditieren der Resident Maintenance - Standorte
- Umsetzung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen und Optimierungspotential auf globaler Ebene hinsichtlich Prozesse und Strategie
- Koordination aller für das Ramp-Up erforderlichen Maßnahmen (Trainings, Health & Safety, Risk Assessment, Equipment, Instandhaltungsplanung und -strategie, etc.)
- Unterstützung der Globalen RM Leitung hinsichtlich Standardisierung
- Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit in Hinblick auf RM-Verträge
- Unterstützung neuer RM Engineering Managers in der Einarbeitung und Umsetzung der Maintenance Unternehmensphilosophie

**Deine Qualifikationen**:

- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene höhere technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, TU)
- Mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- Ausgezeichnete Projektmanagementkenntnisse
- Erfahrung und Kenntnisse in der Instandhaltung (von Vorteil)
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort
- und Schrift
- Freude an Innovation und Detailgenauigkeit
- Hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung, Flexibilität, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, zielorientierte Handlungsweise, Organisationsgeschick, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und absolute Teamfähigkeit
