In dieser Funktion sind Sie dafür verantwortlich, die Kundenzufriedenheit und -loyalität zu erhöhen, indem Sie jeden Kundenservice-Kontakt vorhersehen, überwachen und optimieren. Basierend auf Kundenfeedback, Umfragen und Daten identifizieren Sie Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten für die Kundenzufriedenheit und leiten die strategische Konzeption, Implementierung und Optimierung von Kundenerfahrungsprogrammen und -initiativen, die ein erstklassiges Premium-Serviceerlebnis gewährleisten. Ihr Erfolg in dieser Position hängt von einem tiefgreifenden Verständnis der Kundenbedürfnisse und Märkte, starken analytischen und Marktforschungsfähigkeiten, sowie der Fähigkeit zur effektiven Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Geschäftsregionen und Vertriebspartner:innen ab.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kundenerfahrungsstrategien und -initiativen im Dienstleistungsgeschäft
- Aufbau und Leitung eines ganzheitlichen und globalen 360-Grad-Systems zur Messung und Verwaltung der Kundenzufriedenheit
- Überwachung der Kundenmetriken und Berichterstattung über die Customer Experience Performance
- Analyse des Kundenfeedbacks aus Umfragedaten zur Verbesserung der Kundenzufriedenheit und Ableitung weiterer Maßnahmen, mit dem Ziel ein Premium-Service-Angebot zu entwickeln
- Sicherstellung konsistenter und positiver Kundeninteraktionen über alle Schnittpunkte
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen funktionsübergreifenden Teams und Stakeholdern wie Marketing, Vertrieb, Digital, Analytics, Service Finance, Business Development, Customer Services Managern und Abstimmung von Initiativen mit unseren globalen Standorten und Vertriebspartnern, um Customer Experience Ziele abzustimmen
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Kundenservice-Standards und -Richtlinien zur Sicherstellung einer konsistenten und außergewöhnlichen Serviceerbringung für den Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen
- Schulung und Weiterbildung von Mitarbeiter:innen in kundenorientierten Ansätzen, um die bestehende Kundenorientierung weiter voranzutreiben im gesamten Unternehmen
- Überwachung und Messung der wichtigsten KPIs in Bezug auf Kundenzufriedenheit, -bindung und -loyalität und Bereitstellung regelmäßiger Berichte für die Geschäftsleitung

**Ihr Profil**:

- Master-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Volkswirtschaftslehre o.Ä.
- Sehr gute Erfahrung im Bereich Kundenservice, Customer Experience Management oder in einer verwandten Funktion in der Industrie, mit einer starken Erfolgsbilanz im Bereich Customer Experience Solutions
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten zur Analyse von Kundendaten, Feedback und Kennzahlen, um aussagekräftige Erkenntnisse zu gewinnen und datengestützte Entscheidungen zur Verbesserung der Kundenzufriedenheit zu treffen
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- sowie Problemlösungsfähigkeit, um eine starke Kundenorientierung zu gewährleisten
- Umsetzungsfähigkeit von dynamischen Kundenbedürfnissen, Branchentrends und Geschäftsdynamiken
- Sehr guter Umgang mit Software-Programmen (z.B. Messung der Kundenzufriedenheit und - erfahrung; Kundenfeedback, CRM-Plattformen oder Datenanalyse)
- Fließende Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Das Grundgehalt für diese Position setzt sich aus dem in Österreich gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Mindestgehalt von EUR 3.790,58 brutto pro Monat (x 14) und aus einer Überzahlung in Abhängigkeit von Ihren Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen zusammen.
