**Your Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and validate the price escalation for all Service contracts until hand over to billing team
- Own the price escalation tool, incl. regular index updates, general maintenance, and further developments
- Regularly check contract standards on index - weighting within price escalation formulas or suggest adaption of standard contract template to Contract Product Manager
- Utilizing critical thinking to analyze any deviation from the standard and complex contracts to show business risks and limitations
- Be the centralized contact person for all Service contract price escalation specific questions
- Communicate contract policy and practices to internal business partners to follow the guidelines and usage of contract standards
- Push Sales and Customer Service Managers to fully negotiate any variable elements within the contracts with customers
- Consult with Sales, Legal, Finance, Billing and other internal partners regarding status of pending requests; escalate issues as needed

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
- You have a solid experience in sales support within a customer service and/or contract processing environment OR you are experienced in a pre-dominant finance background with price escalation responsibilities
- You have passion for customer experience, operational excellence and continuous development
- Proven track record of delivering on projects by leveraging project management skills (ideally in collaboration with IT) and ideal lean/agile techniques
- You are eager to take on new tasks/responsibilities and you are keen on developing and sharing best practices
- You offer a problem-solving attitude and strong analytic skills combined with strong business acumen
- In-depth knowledge of ERP-systems and experience with contracts & contract configuration tools
- Fluency in German and English (oral and written)

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.790,58 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
