**DEINE AUFGABEN**:

- 1st-Level-Support für interne und externe Kundinnen und Kunden per Telefon, Ticketing-System und Chat
- Erstellen und Veröffentlichen von Stellenanzeigen auf der Grundlage von Kundenaufträgen
- Erstellen von Firmenprofilen in unserem System
- Einfügen von Datensätzen und Aufgaben in unser CRM-System “Salesforce”
- Administrative, organisatorische und technische Unterstützung der Kundenbetreuer
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen vertriebsnahen Abteilungen
- Gelegentliche Vertretung unserer Empfangsmitarbeiterin in Schichten, wenn diese abwesend ist, eingebunden in die Rotation mit dem Rest des Teams
- Proaktive Unterstützung verschiedener Aktivitäten auf unserer Customer Journey per E-Mail, Telefon, Videokonferenzen und Chats

**DEINE SKILLS**:

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, kaufmännische oder ähnliche Weiterbildung
- Affinität und Begeisterung für den Umgang mit modernen digitalen Medien
- Ausgeprägtes digitales Verständnis und sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse
- Kommunikativer und hilfsbereiter Teamplayer mit ausgeprägter Kundenorientierung
- Fähigkeit, klar, präzise und empathisch mit der Kundschaft zu kommunizieren
- Bereitschaft, sich flexibel auf neue Anforderungen in einem dynamischen Umfeld einzustellen
- Fähigkeit zur effektiven Identifizierung von Kundenanliegen, Analyse und kreative Lösungsfindung zur Bedürfniserfüllung
- Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch
