**Your mission at RBI**:

- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for CRM campaigns.
- Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign optimization, segmentation, and personalization.
- Collaborate closely with the CRM Community and other cross-functional teams to develop strong reports and insights that can fuel business growth.
- Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including CRM managers, Retail Customer Engagement Tribe, and to board members of local country.
- Propose hypotheses for A/B testing and other experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of different campaign strategies, messaging, and offers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to CRM and customer engagement to continuously improve campaign performance and efficiency.

***Your core competencies**:

- Proven experience in marketing analytics, CRM analytics, campaign performance analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, Excel, SQL, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Knowledge of programming language ‘Python’ is an advantage.
- Deep analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights to drive CRM strategy and execution.
- Experience with customer segmentation, lifecycle management, and personalization strategies is a plus.
