**This role reports to ZBL CEE.**
**Your tasks and responsibilities**:
- Manage and coordinate the deal review process for in-vitro diagnostic products, ensuring that all deals are compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for sales teams and internal stakeholders, providing guidance and support on deal structures, pricing, and contract terms.
- Work closely with finance and legal teams to ensure that all deals are financially viable and legally compliant.
- Ensure that all deals are tracked and reported accurately in the company's CRM and deal management systems.
- Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to update pricing and deal strategy.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with deals, and proactively manage and resolve any issues that arise.
- Continuous improvement through collaboration with other departments to optimize sales processes and improve overall deal management efficiency.
- Execution and governance of pricing strategies aligned with global guidance.
- Drive Deal Excellence culture through execution of structured learning curriculum, workshops, and on-going coaching to sales, business management, finance, and legal teams.
- Management reporting and ad hoc analysis.

- Sales teams in the zone (Account Executives, Sales Area Managers and CBLs)
- Finance (DX Controllers, Zone Finance Head)
- Legal
- ZBL
- Zone CS DX Head
- Contract Management (Contract Controlling, Contract Administration)
**Your qualifications and experience**:
- in business, finance, or a related field
- Business fluent in English, additional language spoken in CEE a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, sales operations, deal management, or a related field
- Team player and ability to build relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive and ability to think strategically with high attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with CRM and deal management systems
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of in-vitro diagnostic products and the healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of financial and legal principles as they relate to sales and deal management
