**Job Description**:

- Work within a large organization with a focus on international, multi-brand eCommerce
- Gather the needs of customers and key stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with product owners and designers and are integrated in the organization's Community of Practice for User Experience & User Research
- Be responsible for establishing UX research practices within our organization
- Gather qualitative and quantitative data
- Analyse and synthesize data to provide a 360-degree view for the product teams within our company. Thus, you enable human-centred design processes
- Carry responsibility for providing qualitative and quantitative insights into our customer's journeys
- Design, execute, and communicate UX research studies using methods such as quantitative analytics, in-depth interviews, user/usability testing (remote and in-person), ethnographic/field research, diary studies, surveys, (online) A/B testing, and basic quantitative analytics
- Bring actionable insights to our teams

**Qualifications**:

- BS, MS, PhD in social sciences, design research, data science or similar educational background
- Creative problem solving and design thinking
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
- A get-stuff-done, hands-on mentality
- Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken
- An industry-standard, attractive and performance based annual gross salary starting at 58,000 Euro (on a full-time basis) with the possibility of higher pay according to experience and qualifications
