As a strong part of our fast-paced User Acquisition & App Store Optimization Team, you will help us run our mobile marketing operations, while always keeping an eye on the analytical side of things.

In this role, your objective will be to sustainably acquire users for the adidas Running and adidas Training apps, while actively shaping the future paid and organic growth strategy of Runtastic.

**You’ll contribute by**:

- Continuously enhancing user acquisition performances for our portfolio
- Planning, developing and executing user acquisition strategies in key adidas markets
- Sourcing, evaluating and testing new user acquisition channels
- Providing reporting and insights to project squads and teams, including senior leadership
- Improving insights generation via our Product and Data teams
- Coordinating asset creation with our Design and Communications teams
- Managing daily budgets and optimization with partners and networks (e.g. Facebook, Apple or Google)
- Analyzing A/B testing and optimizing app store pages

**What makes you the right match**:

- 2+ years of professional experience in User Acquisition, Performance Marketing, Mobile Advertising or Media Buying
- Excellent knowledge of standard user acquisition channels, mobile measurement partners and standard KPIs in the mobile environment
- Experience in the technical and logical infrastructure behind user acquisition (MMPs, attribution, tracking, events, callbacks, SKAdnetwork, etc.)
- Data-driven and analytical mindset with a strong focus on creative problem-solving
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product Management or a related field
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Basic understanding of app store optimization (ASO)
- Very good English skills

**Salary Information**:
And here’s the fine print: Our salary range starts at EUR 39,480 gross per year. Your actual offer depends on your skillset and experience.
